2. Subscription Refunds

2.1 Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance. Refunds are generally not available for partial months. If you cancel within the first 7 days of a new subscription, you may be eligible for a full refund.

2.2 Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are billed in advance. If you cancel within the first 30 days, you may be eligible for a full refund. After 30 days, refunds are prorated based on remaining time.

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
