How do I get started with neurals?
Sign up for an account, choose your subscription plan, and connect your email/calendar via OAuth. Our agents will start working immediately!
What are the subscription plans?
We offer Daily (₹50/day), Monthly (₹500/month), and Yearly (₹1,200/year) plans. All plans include access to all agents.
Do I need to install anything?
No installation required! neurals works entirely in the cloud. Just connect your accounts and start using.
AI Agents
What is Tota?
Tota is our flagship AI agent that handles inbox organization, draft replies, meeting notes, daily briefings, and smart reminders.
How accurate are AI-generated drafts?
Our AI models are highly accurate, but all drafts are saved for your review before sending. You can edit, approve, or reject any draft.
Can I customize agent behavior?
Yes! You can configure briefing times, notification preferences, categorization rules, and more in your account settings.
Integration
How do I connect my Gmail?
Click "Connect Gmail" in your dashboard. You'll be redirected to Google's secure OAuth flow to authorize access.
Can I use multiple email accounts?
Currently, one email account per subscription. Multi-account support is coming soon!
How do I integrate neurals into my app?
Use our REST API or Python SDK. Check out our API documentation for detailed integration guides.
Billing & Plans
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export all your data before canceling. After cancellation, your data is deleted after 30 days.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact support for a full refund.
